Light and delicate, Gaura is also called “Whirling Butterflies”. A perennial in some zones (not here!) it is used in our gardens and containers are a feature or focal plant that “dances in the wind”. Growing to 18-20″ tall, with multiple branches all filled with small blooms, this upright-growing plant can be used in large planter as a filler or as a thriller/centrepiece in smaller pots.
Gaura is best grown in partial sun to sunny locations and does not require deadheading. Keep well watered for best results.
