ActiSol is dehydrated Hen Manure is a fantastic soil additive for supplementing soil with natural calcium. Helps roots develop and provides fertilizer to the plant. Especially effective as an organic fertilizer for fruit, veggies and herbs. ActiSol is also used to deter squirrels and they can smell the product (humans can not) and move away from the plant. Very helpful when planting bulbs, especially tulips. -

It is not unusual for each bulb to yield 4-5 stalks during the 2-3 month growing period. Plant in soil, keeping the neck of the bulb exposed. Place in a bright and warm location and within 3-4 weeks growth will emerge and stalks will grow steadily with the first blooms unfurling about 8 weeks after planted. Keep soil moist, but not soggy. Minerva has colourful red and white blooms - perfect for playful bloom throughout the holiday season. -

BC Cedar is the dark green, elegant, flowing cedar seen in most magazine arrangements! Originating on the West Coast, it can be the first to get frost burn here in Ontario, so use as an accent only in outdoor pots that are fully exposed to the elements. The pieces in the packets will be various sizes and lengths, offering great variety for both indoor and outdoor projects. For indoor use, wait until closer to the day you need to have decor finished to put it inside as it dries very quickly (like all evergreens) in our hot, dry homes. The nice thing about BC Cedar is it will feel dry, but to the eye, it won't look dry. So, in indoor use, try not to touch it too much and it will take you throughout the holidays! This is the best evergreen to lay on the mantle or as a rustic runner on a harvest Table. -

Boxwood is a great filler for indoor and outdoor seasonal arrangements. Outdoors it is best sheltered (pots on a porch); if it is fully exposed to the elements it can darken in the extreme cold of January and February. Indoors ensure it is in water or oasis to retain freshness. Dried, it is effective too, but leaves do go crinkly. Boxwood can be used on a mantle, in vases or created as wreath. Snipets can be effectively used as present toppers. -

Our famous Mixed Bundle has folks coming from the GTA to pick up our generous evergreens! A mixture of all needed to create one large or 1.5 regular or medium sized outdoor planters is bundled together: red pine (for structure), white pine (for bulk), Ontario cedar (for accent) and dogwood sticks (for height and drama). Each bundle consists of approximately 10 lbs of evergreens. The evergreen boughs in our Mixed Bundle are not precut and will require you to cut each bough into smaller sizes appropriate for your project at hand. Our evergreens are sourced in Ontario and Quebec, cut responsibly and very fresh. -
